The British Horse Society and the British Equestrian Federation are pleased to announce the Coach House Stables as the latest Association of British Riding Schools (ABRS) approved riding school to achieve Clubmark accreditation.
Julian Marczak, Chairman of the Association of British Riding Schools (ABRS), of which Coach House Stables is an approved member, said, "Coach House Stables is a valued member of the ABRS and is highly deserving of achieving Clubmark accreditation. Obtaining this status serves to confirm the School's reputation for providing structured and progressive teaching in a healthy environment where young people can learn to ride and care for horses and ponies in an effective way."
Linda Porter-Cohen, proprietor of Coach House Stables, said: "All of us at Coach House Stables are delighted to be the first riding school in the East of England to gain the Clubmark accreditation. As an inspector and examiner for ABRS riding schools, it is very satisfying to become the very first ABRS-only approved establishment. Clubmark is further proof for everyone coming to our stables that we maintain the highest standards both in the standard of instruction and also in the welfare of our customers and horses. After 23 years of trading, it is always important to us to ensure that we keep abreast of all new legislation and ideas which is one of the areas in which Clubmark is able to keep us updated."
