Transport/Import/Export

The Tripartite agreement for the movement of FEI sport horses between UK/Ireland and France came into force on 18 May 2014.

Current FEI registered horses taking part in FEI competition in France can take advantage of a special derogation by applying to a BEF Approved Shipper for an additional document called a DOCOM. All other horses will need to apply for a health certificate signed by a vet. Please view the briefing note by clicking here to download
