Every Customer Counts

Every Customer Counts (ECC) is a business support workshop delivered by the British Equestrian Federation with the aim of providing essential training to help equestrian organisations retain and grow their customer base by delivering a quality customer service.

It will be an interactive and participant lead workshop, where you will explore situations unique to the equestrian industry that will provoke discussion and solutions during your customer focused workshop.

If you are a Member Body and would like to organise a specific workshop, please email  Hoof@bef.co.uk with your proposed date, time and location to allow us to allocate an available deliverer. We ask for a minimum of 5 weeks notice prior to the required workshop to avoid disappointment of a deliverer not being available.
