Every Customer Counts is a business support workshop delivered by the Association of British Riding Schools (ABRS) and supported by the British Equestrian Federation with the aim of providing essential training to help equestrian organisations retain and grow their customer base by delivering a quality customer service. Funded by Sport England, the interactive and participant lead workshop will explore unique situations to the equestrian industry and will provoke discussion and solutions during this customer focused workshop.
